We teach everyone TYKO’s core values and the importance of keeping everyone safe, we believe in the inside-out training approach, and we keep the key things clear and train them. Our security officers are given comprehensive training to keep them ready to act proactively.
Security Guards are the first line of defense against crime. We emphasize the key areas of core values, safety training, operational management, communication, personal etiquette, professional skills, and administration support.

To enhance their situational awareness and ability to utilize available resources in various scenarios, we provide our officers with on-site training. This enables them to develop a thorough understanding of their roles and responsibilities as part of a responsible team working on the site.
